SKYWATCH FRIDAY

I took the first picture in Chicago. we were on a river cruise and I just put the camera in my lap and took a chance.

The sunset is from my neighbors yard. The water was so calm. Great place to chill after a crazy day. Annapolis has a beautiful sunset nearly everyday.

Hi Shirl, yup it comes to this! And isn't it fun :D I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I do.
So your Carols sister, aren't you both lucky to have each other. Sisters are great and I have been blessed with the best.

Your photos are spectacular. I love the beauty of the setting sun and and calming evening shadows, nicely done...
I look forward to seeing more of you delightful photos.
Have a great weekend, Shirl and thanks for stopping by :D

Great sky photos! Second one is very tranquil.

Thanks for your comment. Camera I use is a Panasonic Lumix 35 mm 'point and click'. Not spectacular but the photos are not too bad. Hubby has a better camera (Canon 'something or other') and need to learn how to use it!

I love the second shot. I miss the Severn and Magothy rivers and the Annapolis area. I grew up in AA county and have many fond memories there.
